What’s Your Return Policy? RETURN POLICY
– NO REFUNDS. EXCHANGE ONLY within 10 days from when shipment is received. All exchanges depend on existing stock. Notice must be given to Info@AddictionCo.Com within 2 days for any problems or concerns with merchandise. Items must be in their original packaging, in as-new condition with both the printed receipt and return form when returned.
– Domestic customers are financially responsible for shipping the item back to Addiction for the exchange. International customers are financially responsible for shipping the item back to Addictions for the exchange, as well as for shipping the exchanged item back to their respective country.
Any item(s) purchased at a normal price before the start of a sale may not be exchanged for items at sale price. We will not issue a credit for the difference in price on items purchased before the start of sale.
In some instances, AC reserves the right to institute a $4-8 restocking fee, per item, when said items must be refunded against the above stated Return Policy.

How does your shipping work PRICES, SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES
All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail. Rates are calculated through USPS calculator. International orders are shipped USPS International. International customers are responsible for customs duties and/or brokerage fees in addition to shipping costs assessed during checkout. South Florida residents have the option to pick up orders locally. You will be contacted via the phone number provided to pick up items. NO REFUNDS ON ITEMS THAT HAVE NOT BEEN PICKED UP!  Contact info@addictionco.com if you have any questions.

How does delivery work? DELIVERY

Purchased items will be shipped within 7 business days of the item ordered being created. Note that as these items are made to ordered, items cannot be shipped until they are made. This may take 2-4 weeks. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery to arrive. If you still have not received your purchase after 5 weeks, please notify orders@addictionco.com. You will receive an email from info@addictionco.com when your order has been confirmed.

Where is my order? PRE-ORDERED ITEMS/ MADE TO ORDER ITEMS

ALL ITEMS ARE MADE TO ORDER UNLESS OTHER WISE STATED. These items will take longer for production. Please allow 7-30 business days for processing. If you have any questions regarding your order email orders@addictionco.com. Please read the description of each item for when pre-orders end and allow 7-30 business days from the end date of that pre-order for processing. Please allow up to 3-4 days for delivery to arrive.  If you have any questions regarding your order email orders@addictionco.com .

You ran out of product, what now? PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Although availability may be indicated on the Site, we cannot guarantee product availability and products, nonetheless, may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order. If there is any revision, discontinuance, or cessation, we may, in our discretion, ship products which have substantially similar functionality and specifications to the products ordered or cancel your order.

What if my package has been lost/stolen? USPS policy states a package is considered lost after no delivery attempts have been made and 15 business days have elapsed since the mailing date. A package is considered stolen if a package has been updated to delivered status yet the customer never received package. Whether your package has been lost or stolen, USPS policy states that I cannot file a claim until 15 days have elapsed since the mailing date. If you believe your package has been lost/stolen, contact me immediately. After 15 business days have passed, I will contact you again, if your package has yet to arrive I will file a claim.
